Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Bakery and Confectionary Item production, Chocolate and candy production, Food and Bakery Factory Management, Food and Beverage, Food Production, Milk and Milk based processed food production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Food (Packaged), Food (Packaged)/Beverage
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise and preparing report and monitor daily shift wise production and preparing report on the same.
∎ Supervise the process parameters and instruct to the Operators.
∎ Managing workers efficiently.
∎ Should have vast knowledge on Chocolate & Candy production and packaging;
∎ To maintain all process equipment should be on optimum level.
∎ Maintain LOG Book of shift wise production process.
∎ Analyze the consumption of raw materials, and utilities and prepare production report focusing the consumption of raw materials, and utilities.
∎ Maintain special care about raw materials handling.
∎ Assigning specific tasks to all employees and monitor all production equipment.
∎ Taking Inventory of all raw materials and finished products and keep it in record.
∎ Preparing daily production and stock report and submit the same to the concerned department.
∎ Ensure that the production is cost effective;
∎ Ensure process loss within permissible limited;
∎ Draft a timescale for each job and measure the performance;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 25 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 8000 - 9000 (Monthly)
