∎ Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering (Wood) /BA/B.Sc/B.Com. from any recognized and reputed institution. Additional degree/qualification/training in the relevant field will be preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive all the internal and external work orders,
∎ Ensure just in time production and delivery,
∎ Supervise efficient production system with optimum use of resources (Man, Machine, Materials),
∎ Work to develop new device and production method to deliver superior quality product and share with appropriate management for effective implementation,
∎ Keep up to date register of raw materials, work in process inventory and finished products,
∎ Maintain & update an asset registrar of all assets in the Wood Workshop (WWS) working floor at CRP- Ganakbari,
∎ Report back to Head of IGA with required statistical data daily, weekly & monthly,
∎ Assist the admin department in procuring raw materials,
∎ Lead a team with varied ability, to listen to them and assist them as a problem solver,
∎ Any other duties as assigned by supervisor and office.
