Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's in any Discipline, MBA/BBA in Human Resource Management give preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Input new employee information in ERP Software, Handling End-to-End Recruitment processes.
∎ Maintain Attendance of responsible area, Leave Entry, ID Card prepared, Personal File prepare & Update, Prepare HRIS related all Report, OT Approval , Ensure employee shifting ,Overtime Violation follow up,
∎ Prepare monthly salary sheet, Earn Leave encashment, all kinds of Allowances, Final Settlement, various payment sheet,
∎ Perform day to day Payroll Activities. Updating and Maintaining Payroll records, Updating and generating various HR Reports.
∎ Help to reporting supervisor for employee performance evaluation process (Confirmation, Increment, and Promotion & TNA)
∎ Help to prepare the external & internal Survey & prepared survey report
∎ Prepare the training manual for Training presentation, training documentation, T&D related all database prepared & update time to time
∎ Coordinate & maintain the new employee induction program as per management SOP
∎ Handling Employee Grievance according to labor law & buyer COC
∎ Ensure & handle the employee separation process & maintain standard documentation procedure according to labor law
∎ Lefty employee lefty letter issue & documentation maintain as per Audit requirement
∎ Absent counseling's, Grievance Handling, Ensure & Follow up Maternity Leave & Prepare Maternity Settlement, Grievance box supervision
∎ Various Awareness program like Maternity Awareness, Health & Safety, Sexual Harassment, Fire Safety, etc according to buyer requirement
∎ Other tasks assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ Excellent interpersonal, written & oral communication skills.
∎ Must have strong knowledge in MS Office
∎ Must have Leadership Quality
