Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect necessary booking orders for trims and accessories required for confirmed orders from merchandisers.
∎ Obtain price quotations from suppliers, verify pricing, and issue work orders to ensure timely delivery of trims and accessories.
∎ Maintain accurate Purchase Commitment Date (PCD) deadlines and ensure all required accessories are collected and stored in the warehouse within the stipulated timeframe.
∎ Coordinate with suppliers to gather bills and vouchers, and submit necessary documents to the audit and accounts departments for timely payment.
∎ Ensure seamless purchasing and delivery of all trims and accessories to the store, adhering to PCD schedules and company requirements.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between the merchandising and suppliers for trims and accessories. The role demands proactive management, excellent communication, and attention to detail to meet our production targets and customer satisfaction goals.
