• Proficiency in MS Excel and email correspondence

We are seeking experienced and proactive individuals to join our dynamic Merchandising team. If you have a strong background in apparel sourcing, production follow-up, and buyer communication, this is your chance to contribute to a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with buyers, suppliers, and factories to ensure timely execution of orders
• Assist in sample development, costing, and production follow-up
• Prepare and maintain order sheets, costing breakdowns, and WIP reports
• Monitor critical paths and coordinate with QA and logistics teams for smooth delivery
• Resolve production and quality issues in collaboration with relevant departments
• Maintain accurate documentation and update internal systems regularly
• Negotiate with vendors to optimize cost and quality
