Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising Development and Production.
∎ Communicating with Customers.
∎ Managing bulk fabric and trims orders, ensuring timely payments, receipt of goods, and shipments.
∎ Diligently upholding the CP.
∎ Monitoring in-line Production progress.
∎ Coordinating Trim cards and Pre-Production meetings.
∎ Overseeing shipment samples, trims, accessories, and pre-production phases.
∎ Providing weekly updates on shipment status.
∎ Crucially, communicating significant challenges with team members.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ She/he who has vast knowledge of the textile sector and the mentality to stay for at least 5 years will get preference.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Demonstrated initiative and pro-activeness.
∎ Strong problem-solving ability.
∎ ERP, Microsoft Office.
