Job Context:
∎ Dutch-Bangla Pack Ltd (DBPL) is a Netherlands-Bangladesh joint venture company established in 2007, with LC Packaging International BV of the Netherlands. DBPL is the leading producer of FIBCs (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers) in Bangladesh.
∎ We intend to recruit an Assistant Merchandiser, who shall be a member of the Sales and Planning Team of DBPL.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with buyers to make offers, negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales.
∎ Prepare production-related documentation to interpret customer specifications into internal manufacturing processes.
∎ Analyze sales figures, customer reactions, and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Excellent written and verbal proficiency in English is a pre-requisite.
∎ Candidate must be willing to work flexible hours, especially late evenings.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Attractive salary and benefits shall be offered to deserving candidates. Transport is available for daily commuting to Dhaka.
