∎ Bachelor degree in any major.
∎ Fluency in English.
∎ Familiar with Excel and Word.
∎ Good communication skill.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Communicating with Buyer and handle the relation between Buyer and internal departments.
∎ Handle the Order management from Development to Shipment.
∎ Order based documentation works follow-up.
∎ Monitoring product development, Printing development, sample & production quality follow-up.
∎ Ensure Quality standards as per Buyer requirement.
∎ Coordination with Planning, Sample, Production & Quality teams to ensure smooth shipment.
∎ Negotiating price and costing with suppliers.
∎ Searching new source for Raw-materials if need.
∎ Communicating with Buyer and handle the relation between Buyer and internal departments.
∎ Handle the Order management from Development to Shipment.
