Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and engage potential clients to expand our market presence.
∎ Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, particularly in the RMG, Textile, and production industries.
∎ Present our diesel generator solutions to clients, highlighting their benefits and unique selling points.
∎ Prepare sales proposals and negotiate contracts, ensuring clear terms and mutual benefit.
∎ Act as the go-to person for client inquiries, ensuring quick resolutions and maintaining client satisfaction.
∎ Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for business growth.
∎ Collaborate with the internal team to support sales from initial contact to project completion.
∎ Keep management updated with sales forecasts, performance, and strategies for improvement.
∎ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical), Business, or a related field.
∎ 3-5 years’ hands on experiences working with diesel generator sales
∎ Strong understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics, especially in industrial sectors.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
∎ High integrity, confidentiality, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
∎ Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
