Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Age At most 40 years
  • Experience with Garments ERP and manufacturing processes.

  • Strong proficiency in Oracle SQL queries.

  • Solid knowledge of Linux Operating System.

  • Familiarity with Power BI or other data analysis tools.

  • Knowledge of Oracle APEX or similar software development tools (preferred).

  • Proficiency in Python or Java (a plus).

  • Experience with AI implementation (a strong advantage).

  • Certification in Artificial Intelligence.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills (fluent English, ability to present and explain technical concepts clearly).

  • Customer service mindset (patience, responsiveness to end-users).

  • Ability to map business processes to ERP functionalities.

  • Understanding of data security, compliance, and audit requirements.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Provide first-line and second-line support to ERP end-users (employees, departments).

  • Lead MIS and Software development team for implementation and daily issues.

  • Manage ERP Server, Mobile App Server, Production Tracking Server, and related services.

  • Oversee ERP and Production Tracking software operations, including troubleshooting, updates, patches, and new implementations.

  • Optimize and upgrade Power BI reports for existing and new requirements.

  • Analyze Oracle database structures, write SQL queries, and optimize query performance.

  • Good understanding and work with databases, API, data structures, and integration processes.

  • Collaborate with management to prioritize business and information needs.

  • Maintain ERP documentation (reports, user manuals, FAQs, BRD, SRS).

  • Manage end-to-end software development processes, including planning, execution, and closure.

  • Conduct regular discussions with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues, optimize workflows, and address requirements.

  • Provide weekly and monthly project updates to management, highlighting status, risks, and action plans.

  • Conduct ERP training sessions for new and existing employees.

  • Gather user feedback to improve ERP usability and guide to make workflow and tutorials for common ERP tasks.

  • Perform routine system audits (daily, weekly, monthly) to ensure compliance and accuracy.

  • Ensure ERP compliance with regulations, industry standards, data security, and privacy policies.

  • Analyze data to provide actionable insights for organizational planning and operations.
