Experience:
Experience with Garments ERP and manufacturing processes.
Strong proficiency in Oracle SQL queries.
Solid knowledge of Linux Operating System.
Familiarity with Power BI or other data analysis tools.
Knowledge of Oracle APEX or similar software development tools (preferred).
Proficiency in Python or Java (a plus).
Experience with AI implementation (a strong advantage).
Certification in Artificial Intelligence.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills (fluent English, ability to present and explain technical concepts clearly).
Customer service mindset (patience, responsiveness to end-users).
Ability to map business processes to ERP functionalities.
Understanding of data security, compliance, and audit requirements.
Provide first-line and second-line support to ERP end-users (employees, departments).
Lead MIS and Software development team for implementation and daily issues.
Manage ERP Server, Mobile App Server, Production Tracking Server, and related services.
Oversee ERP and Production Tracking software operations, including troubleshooting, updates, patches, and new implementations.
Optimize and upgrade Power BI reports for existing and new requirements.
Analyze Oracle database structures, write SQL queries, and optimize query performance.
Good understanding and work with databases, API, data structures, and integration processes.
Collaborate with management to prioritize business and information needs.
Maintain ERP documentation (reports, user manuals, FAQs, BRD, SRS).
Manage end-to-end software development processes, including planning, execution, and closure.
Conduct regular discussions with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues, optimize workflows, and address requirements.
Provide weekly and monthly project updates to management, highlighting status, risks, and action plans.
Conduct ERP training sessions for new and existing employees.
Gather user feedback to improve ERP usability and guide to make workflow and tutorials for common ERP tasks.
Perform routine system audits (daily, weekly, monthly) to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Ensure ERP compliance with regulations, industry standards, data security, and privacy policies.
Analyze data to provide actionable insights for organizational planning and operations.
