Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote lace products and increase brand awareness.
∎ Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends in the lace industry.
∎ Plan and implement marketing campaigns, including online and offline channels, to target the relevant audience.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability, quality, and timely delivery.
∎ Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
∎ Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
∎ Provide regular reports and updates to the management team regarding marketing activities and outcomes

∎ Age at most 38 years
∎ Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in the lace industry.
∎ In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software/tools.
∎ Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
