∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garment manufacturing, Lean Management, woven Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Operation Bulletin(Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, Packing) Based on GSD SMV.
∎ Prepare thread consumption report based on Sample.
∎ Make the folder requirement discussed with the Technical & Maintenance team.
∎ Set the target and make the machine layout as per SMV technique for every style.
∎ Prepare training scheme to develop new operator.
∎ Follow-up line feeding.
∎ Prepare skill inventory for the operator.
∎ Style-wise Incentive planning to increase efficiency.
∎ Prepare monthly machine requirements based on online booking status.
∎ Flow up hourly production report.
∎ Follow up the individual line efficiency and submit the report to Dept head.
∎ Calculate the floor efficiency and submit the report to Dept Head.
