Should have strong understanding of MRA regulations, NGOAB procedures, and partnership frameworks
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
Proficiency in MS Office and report writing.
Responsibilities & Context:
To lead and coordinate the full process of obtaining MRA license for microfinance operations
To liaise with banks, NGOs, and relevant government bodies for partnership development
To maintain regular communication with MFI stakeholders, consultants, and regulatory authorities
To prepare and submit required documentation for licensing, compliance, and partnership agreements
To identify and onboard strategic partners for financial inclusion and development projects
To monitor progress of licensing and partnership activities and report to senior management
To support fundraising, donor engagement, and proposal development as needed
