Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet Efficiency & productivity standards
∎ To maintain pace with planning and production.
∎ Follow up total production flow by balancing to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
∎ To review, scrutinize, and develop operational process flows.
∎ Able to run several woven garments production lines independently.
∎ Must be sound on buyer quality and technical requirements.
∎ Managing day-to-day operations.
∎ Maintaining quality
∎ High Technical knowledge of ladies wear tops and bottom garments

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 08 years experience in woven garments as an 'Assistant Production Manager'
∎ Ability to multi-task and utilize resources to execute tasks within a deadline-oriented environment
∎ Excellent communication and negotiating skills
∎ Commitment to continuous process improvement initiatives and the ability to solve problems creatively
∎ At least 8 + years experience in managing production lines
