Responsibilities & Context:
A well-established real estate company is hiring for the position of Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager Sales & Marketing Department
Responsibilities
Achieve the monthly quarterly and annual sales targets.
Generate new sales opportunities through networking, Cold calls, Door to door and referrals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and investors.
Negotiate terms, prices, and finalize property sales agreements.
Coordinate with legal, finance, and documentation teams to ensure smooth transaction completion.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property inventory, market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
