Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Project Execution & Supervision Overseeing daily site activities and ensuring work is executed as per design and schedule.
∎ Coordinating with contractors, subcontractors.
∎ Ensuring compliance with construction drawings, specifications, and codes.
∎ Quality Control & Safety Ensuring materials and workmanship meet quality standards.
∎ Conducting inspections and tests for materials, structures, and installations.
∎ Enforcing safety regulations to prevent accidents and ensure worker safety.
∎ Coordination & Communication Acting as a bridge between Company, architects, and workers.
∎ Attending meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to provide progress updates.
∎ Addressing technical queries and resolving on-site issues.
∎ Resource Management Managing labor, equipment, and materials efficiently.
∎ Ensuring that materials are available on time and preventing wastage.
∎ Keeping track of inventory and coordinating procurement.
∎ Documentation & Reporting Maintaining daily progress reports, site records, and material usage logs.
∎ Preparing and submitting work completion reports. Documenting delays, variations, and challenges faced on-site.
∎ Compliance & Regulatory Requirements Ensuring work adheres to local building codes, environmental laws, and safety standards. Coordinating with authorities for inspections and approvals.
∎ Cost & Budget Management Monitoring expenses and ensuring work is completed within budget. Preventing cost overruns by identifying inefficiencies.
