∎ Skills Required: Creative Thinking, developing training material, Organization Development Process Improvement, Policy Development, Presentation skill, SOP Development, Strong analytical ability

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Organization Development/ Process Improvement, Performance Management System, Talent Acquisition, Training & Development

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive performance-oriented culture at Rangs by enabling role clarity and accountability. Ensure that the business plan is cascaded in terms of quantifiable performance measures across the organization.
∎ Publish schedule for the training programs and ensure participation by the selected employees. Ensure availability of all infrastructure requirements to conduct the Training program.
∎ Conduct training needs analysis and prepare a training calendar based on inputs from the technical teams and other focus areas for the organization. Identify and coordinate with both internal and external trainers for various training programs to ensure availability on selected date / time slots.
∎ Establishing organization development through clear Policies, SLA's & Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), HR Manual, Timelines, Roles and Responsibilities of various individuals involved in the process and templates for the conduct of the process.
∎ Prepare the training and development strategy and policy for the organization as per business needs and in line with the overall organization and HR strategy.
∎ Analyze training needs of new and existing employees and prepare yearly training calendar for different SUB and supporting departments
∎ Assessing the outcome of training sessions & Prepare the training budget as per identifying nature of specific training. maintain the budget variance within the accepted and agreed range.
∎ Communicate with different SBU's head and departmental head to identify appropriate trainee based on their performance
∎ Ensure, on boarding of all new employees through timely Induction Program and also ensure their positive experience at Rangs Group and drive orientation & employee engagement programs over the year.
∎ Ensure discussion, finalization and communication of yearly departmental / individual Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all employees of the organization in line with the training modules.
∎ Facilitate the process of the end year performance assessment across the organization
∎ Evaluate the information collected during performance appraisals to identify individual, departmental and organization-wide learning & development needs for employees; liaise with the Training and Development team for further action on the same.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Complete understanding of Bangladesh Labour Act 2006, Amendment 2013 & 2018 and Rules 2015
∎ Top proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio & Excel)
∎ Experience with latest information technologies and it's best practices.
∎ Project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and communication skill to route on all levels of management.
∎ Proven Leadership skills, Team building, and Management skills.
∎ Exceptional Analytical, Root-Cause-analysis, and Decision-making abilities.

Salary: Negotiable
