∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design & Implement compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company’s strategic mission vision and goal.
∎ Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation about human rights and pay equity.
∎ Analyze trends and implement new Reward practices to engage and motivate employees.
∎ Develop compensation and rewards strategies that attract and retain talent.
∎ Identify & Implement salary benchmark to the same industry.
∎ Implement Salary Grading & Scale for Management and Non-Management Staff.
∎ Analyze and implement CTC (Cost to the Company), HR Analytic, Departmental Budget Preparation, HR Cost Calculation and Forecasting
∎ Ensure Job analyses & Job Evaluation in all SBUs and submit report to the management.
∎ Renew compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on employee needs.
∎ Offer customize Reward policy for different layer employees. (Strategic, Tactical, Operation)
∎ Ensure Reward Management Policy & SOP both for factory and Corporate Headquarters
∎ Evaluate and submit report monthly/quarterly/half yearly/Yearly on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs
∎ Providing advice to the business on salary and compensation in line with statutory requirements as well as the Company's philosophy and guidelines.
∎ Measure the effectiveness of current reward programs in relation to the company objectives and implement change if necessary
∎ Leading versatile Reward related projects on continuous improvement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ At least 4 Experience in similar role.
∎ Hands on experience with HRIS or payroll software.
∎ Should have excellent knowledge in MS Excel (Advance level), power point,
∎ Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for Strategic, Tactical & Operational level employees.
∎ Excellent understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems
∎ Good analytical skills
∎ Acquaintance with labor legislation (Bangladesh Labor Law)
∎ Coordinate with employee satisfaction surveys with OD team
∎ Have strong team building, decision-making, and people management skills
∎ Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
