Key Responsibilities
Oversee execution of sales strategies in assigned regions.
Lead and guide a team of Sales Executives/Senior Executives to achieve targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, distributors, and contractors.
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and adjust strategies based on analysis.
Conduct competitor and market analysis, providing feedback for strategic planning.
Ensure coordination between sales, distribution, and supply chain teams.
Drive business growth by expanding into new territories and customer segments.
