Job Context:
∎ Lillian Pharmaceuticals ltd is a leading and good-quality Vitamin Premix and medicine for poultry, fish and cattle farmers. Our focus is on community engagement by providing door to door/ farm to farm the help of expertise of certified personnel from urban to rural are in Bangladesh by recruiting skilled manpower.
∎ Key Selling Points:
∎ Technical Support and Advice to Farmers & Dealers, contractual farmers.
∎ Diagnosing and Treating Chicken & Cattle.
∎ Administering Medication.
∎ Planning budgeting and Arranging seminars
∎ Work on Field.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit poultry/ cattle farms & Dealers for products.
∎ On demand organize clinical meetings and seminars for understanding scientific farming importance by other divisions of Lillian Pharmaceuticals Limited
∎ Educate inter company divisions field forces on poultry/ cattle products, farming techniques, and diseases skills.
∎ Provide advisory support to the clients for developing and managing new farms, providing technical support to dealer connected farmers as well as existing farms.
∎ providing day to day current market data with proper analyzing report to superiors in order to understanding actual situations of the field related to the diseases and sensitive health issues.
∎ Any other assignment given by the superior/ management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Broiler Farm Management, Cattle disease, Poultry Medicine and Fish Medicine and p, veterinary, Veterinary medicine
∎ Good English communication skills (verbal and written) are a must.
∎ Work Under Pressure & Hard Working.
∎ Sound Knowledge of using Communication Software & Computer browsing.
∎ Must have skills in data analysis and report-making software.
∎ Have a valid motorbike driving license (If needed).

Salary: Negotiable
