Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Planning and Maintenance for ISP backbone V-SAT, Fiber, WiMAX 4G LTE, Wireless (Wi-Fi) network analysis Design and implementation supervised and make future plan for company.
∎ Responsible for the Installation, Configuring, Troubleshoot, Maintenance, upgrade various servers such as Email server, LOG, DNS, FTP, Radius, Gateway, Ticketing, Cloud service, Virtualizations, Active directory, ERP, Web server, Cache server, Database, Application server, ISP Billing Server
∎ Work experiences on various NMS tools such as PRTG, Cacti, Nagios, SolarWinds, Zabbix, Observium, Smoke Ping, Grafana, Dude, Kibana , Baicells OMC etc.
∎ Embedded call center solution Go autodial, Vici dial, SIP, Asterix, Elastics, IP telephone
∎ Setting up user accounts, permissions, passwords and ensuring the highest levels of systems & creating policy among the user. Write and maintain custom scripts and develop automation tools to increase system efficiency.
∎ Installation, configuration, implementation & maintenance of networking devices Perform network expansion, Design and implement different routing protocol, IP planning, and configuration of core network.
∎ Manage and configure routing (OSPF, BGP), Rout Optimization, Traffic Engineering, Data connectivity, MPLS, Load balancing, Fail over, Backup system, disaster recovery plan, Data protection, Network Security, Bandwidth Management, PPTP, L2TP, OVPN, EoIP Tunnel, IPIP Tunnel, PPPOE, PPP user, AAA, VPN etc.
∎ Experience in System Integration with Different ICT and Networking Products (Juniper, CISCO, Mikrotik, LINUX, Microsoft Product, Corporate VPN solutions).
∎ Attend the Pre-sales Meeting for Network Planning & Solution, Remote and onside for advance level technical support. Prepare client and service-related documentation, report on health check
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8-12 years working experience in internet Service Provider (ISP), Telecom company or ICT Service provider Company
∎ Candidate should be proficient in English, Strong written and oral English communication skills
∎ Working experience with multinational clients
∎ Good knowledge of Linux and Windows System, IT Infrastructure, Server, Network device, Databases, Wireless technology, (LTE, P2MP), VSAT, Microwave and fiber technology
∎ Required knowledge on creating documentation & reporting.
∎ Able to work under pressure and beyond working hours.
∎ Continuous learning attitude are required.
∎ Good Interpersonal skills, Time management skills, Analytical Skills, Problem solving skills, Smart appearance, Creative, Quick Learner, Team management, Leadership skills
