Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base to increase the market share and make sure to achieve the expected profitability.
∎ Communicate/ Meet with existing and potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs and catering to them.
∎ Track, analyze, and interpret data to identify market situation and trends.
∎ Ensure that company sales targets and standards are met by holding check-ins with sales team to set objectives for the day and to monitor progress.
∎ Conducting meeting within the team as well as with customers, share minutes, follow up to make sure the execution, and evaluate the progress.
∎ Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
∎ Identify customer needs and coordinate with relevant internal teams to fulfill the same.
∎ Establishing new business relationships with potential customers and maintaining sound relationships with existing customers.
∎ Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
∎ Maintain smooth communication with internal & external customers.
∎ Update customer database/ prepare daily/ monthly report for management review.
∎ Regular visits to customers/ liaise with the correct personnel to make sure the growth of the business.
∎ Manage documents related to the sales procedure including PI, LC, Shipping documents, bank documents etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Five or more experience in Sales/ Marketing with minimum 3 years' experience in managerial level preferably in an apparel related multinational company.
∎ Proven record of success with the entire sales cycle, from planning to closing.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
∎ High computer literacy
∎ Superb leadership ability.
∎ Ability to travel at least 25% of the time.
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 45000 (Monthly)
