Responsibilities & Context:

1.1.   Daily Functions:

1.1.1.    Ensure that spot printing production is running.

1.1.2.    Follow up the house keeping of spot printing.

1.1.3.    Monitoring production as per daily plan.

1.1.4.    Receive & check the target efficiency report.

1.1.5.    Instruct floor in charge to arrange meeting with his subordinates.

1.1.6.    Conduct meeting about production quantity & target efficiency with floor in charge, production supervisor & technician.

1.1.7.    Discuss with floor in charge about upcoming plan.

1.1.8.    Attend daily production meeting with balance report.

1.1.9.    Check randomly cut panel inline inspection report & provide his signature.

1.1.10.   Check re-cut requisition & give his signature in it.

1.1.11.   Responsible for reducing wastage in spot printing production.

1.1.12.   Check & maintain daily production report with reject quantity.

1.1.13.   Maintain regular communication with cutting responsible person about shipment & other requirements.

1.1.14.   For any kinds of technical difficulties, share with technical manager & solve the issue.

1.1.15.   For new sample, select printing process & machine for printing production by discussing with floor in charge.

1.1.16.   For new sample, inform color master to prepare color recipe as per approved sample recipe.

1.1.17.   Conduct meeting about production problem & target efficiency with both shift floor in charge.

1.1.18.   Guide to floor in charge about all printing audit visit.

1.2.   Monthly Functions:

1.2.1.    Maintain monthly production report with target efficiency.

1.2.2.    Maintain monthly re-cut quantity record.

1.2.3.    Demand manpower as per production requirements.

1.2.4.    Collect order quantity for upcoming month from planning.

1.2.5.    Attend monthly production meeting.

1.2.6.    Share the comments of monthly production meeting with all floor in charge & guide them to work on it properly.

1.2.7.    Conduct meeting with all workers in the presence of admin responsible person.

1.2.8.    Maintain monthly subcontract spot printing quantity record & share with his reporting boss.

1.2.9.    Attend monthly expenses & budget meeting.

1.3.   Yearly Functions:

1.3.1.    Attend internal yearly production meeting.

1.3.2.    Share the comments of yearly production meeting with all floor in charge & guide them to work on it properly.

1.3.3.    Attend yearly expenses & budget meeting.

1.3.4.    Provide workers increment & promotion by discussing with his reporting boss & admin responsible person.

1.4.   Other Functions:

1.4.1.      Responsible for any emergency task assigned by management.
