∎ - Strong communication skills verbal & written both in Bangla and English- Excellent presentation skills- MS Office, Pivot 88, Outlook- Knowledge of C&A Intra-sites (GIN, PLM), SIS Inspection, Test Matrix, SQM- Product Safety & C&A Supplier Quality Manual
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Material related:- Responsible for Fabrics Categories and characteristics- Responsible for Printing & Embellishment Techniques- Ensure quality of Raw Materials, Trims/Interlining Quality Control:- Conduct and act upon Risk Assessment, Inline, Final Inspections, AQL Standards- Process Management (QMS), Production Process, Analytic Review and Problem solving to ensure quality product- Prepare and organize Quality training (internal/external)- Ensure 100% pass in Final Inspection and follow the C&A Self-Inspection Supplier Skill matrix- Ensure Product Safety & C&A Supplier Quality Manual and European Legislations Collaboration:- Ensure quality operations are aligned with C&A QAD Process- Work closely with Inspectors/SIS Manager/C&A QAD Team- Decision making and follow Escalation Process- Conduct quality issues related investigations and follow corrective action plans & NCR closure Skills Requirement:- Strong communication skills verbal & written both in Bangla and English- Excellent presentation skills- MS Office, Pivot 88, Outlook- Knowledge of C&A Intra-sites (GIN, PLM), SIS Inspection, Test Matrix, SQM- Product Safety & C&A Supplier Quality Manual- Team building and leadership approach
