• To ensure that supplier documents are in order to avoid any additional cost at the time of Clearing. also, initiative to cost savings in every part of work.

• To ensure that all Import related works are furnishing on time according to Country regulation and company procedure, and ensure all shipments are cleared from port within schedule time.

• All necessary data sheets are updated and reporting to the management time to time,

• Check LC, TT, and PC before issuing to particular supplier. To avoid any additional amendment cost.

• Ensure shipping documents to UK on time to make to payment through UK accounts to avoid delay on board.

• Planning to combine the goods in one truck to save the transport cost.

• Prepare all respective documents for company to obtain approval for authorized body on time to avoid any kind of government penalty
