JOB RESPONSIBILTIES
Talent Acquisition
Manage full-cycle recruitment-from sourcing to onboarding
Build and maintain talent pipelines
Coordinate closely with departments to understand hiring needs
Ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience
Culture & Engagement
Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement activities
Support initiatives that strengthen workplace culture
Maintain effective internal communication across the organization
Policy Management & Office Operations
Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR & Admin policies
Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure administrative efficiency
Maintain HR documentation, compliance records, and reporting
Ensure smooth HR-Admin coordination across departments
Employer Branding
Create and execute employer branding content
Strengthen Ezzy Group`s brand presence across platforms, events & networks
Support campaigns that position Ezzy as an employer of choice
