ROLE CONTEXT

Ezzy Group is seeking a dynamic, growth-oriented professional for the position of Assistant Manager/Senior Executive (People & Culture). This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building a strong organizational culture, driving talent initiatives, and ensuring smooth HR & administrative operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment-from sourcing to onboarding

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines

  • Coordinate closely with departments to understand hiring needs

  • Ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience

  • Culture & Engagement

  • Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement activities

  • Support initiatives that strengthen workplace culture

  • Maintain effective internal communication across the organization

  • Policy Management & Office Operations

  • Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR & Admin policies

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure administrative efficiency

  • Maintain HR documentation, compliance records, and reporting

  • Ensure smooth HR-Admin coordination across departments

  • Employer Branding

  • Create and execute employer branding content

  • Strengthen Ezzy Group`s brand presence across platforms, events & networks

  • Support campaigns that position Ezzy as an employer of choice
