Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Basic Requirements
∎ 1. Enabling Smooth SAP operations in Bangladesh by solving all SAP Issues and coordinating between all Bangladesh SAP users & off shore users.
∎ 2. Closely work with new Business software development teams to design, configure, testing and training business users after Implementation.
∎ 3. Continuously customizing the SAP user’s new requirement, Understanding, Design, testing and Implementation with the help of Technical team Corresponding with Business Users.
∎ 4. Existing System errors / Report requirements – understanding, testing and coordinate with Technical team to Correct
∎ 5. Periodic training and Re training of New and Existing SAP users.
∎ 6. Make sure to circulate monthly Management reports generated from SAP only.
∎ 7. Running Different reports and do Permutations and combinations as per Management request whenever they need.
∎ 8. Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
∎ 9. Any other tasks assigned by the management.

∎ Minimum Bachelor in any discipline from any accredited and reputed university.
∎ Experience
∎ At least 8-10 years, preferably in multinational organization.
