Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and drive the sales of Welding and Low Carbon Wire products within the assigned zone.
∎ Ensure proper allocation of resources for enhancing sales.
∎ Create monthly plan of the team and cascade targets to the territory sales team based on annual sales plan and guide subordinates on achieving the same.
∎ Train the sales team on a regular basis to enhance the sales volume in alignment with the BSRM's sales policy.
∎ Demonstrate expertise in product and customer knowledge to proactively assess and fulfill key customer requirements through products.
∎ Train the sales team on a regular basis to enhance the sales volume in alignment with the BSRM's sales policy.
∎ Manage the plant visit for the potential/existing key customers in alignment with plant stakeholders as and when required.
∎ Nurture and monitor the relationship with existing customers to enhance the sales.
∎ Ensure all sales activities within defined scope are in accordance with sales policy and strategy of BSRM.
∎ Oversee and nurture relationships with existing customer base and develop activities to ensure repeat orders.
∎ Proper monitoring of resolving customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
∎ Monitor processes of timely collection of payment/outstanding from customers, provide support and perform timely escalation of outstanding issues.
∎ Act as the point of escalation for any sales issue within the assigned zone.

∎ Minimum 08 years of working experience in related functional field preferably in similar industry.
