Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze customer needs and unmet demands and identify white-spots to convert the opportunities into viable business solutions in the Banking and Financial Industry.
∎ Energize, excite and motive people to ensure ownership and departmental delivery.
∎ Coach the functional team members to ensure that effective leadership practices are championed across the functional unit.
∎ Create and lead a performance-based culture.
∎ Responsible for achieving the sales target of the company and creating demand by promoting our products to our customers.
∎ Explore new markets, find and identify new customers to grow the business.
∎ Execute all sales activities as per the set plan of the organization.
∎ Perform regular outdoor/market visits to different corporate offices and also creating relationships with prospective customers.
∎ Prepare documents and reports regarding daily activities at the end of every working day.
∎ Selling products and services in the Banking and Financial Industry.
∎ Building strong business relationships with customers and stakeholders.
∎ Effectively work independently and in a team in complex situations
∎ Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good analytical, planning, and coordination skill
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Excellent command of English and professional writing skills is a must.
∎ Good knowledge in MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and Email.
Salary: Negotiable
