Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales experience in the apparel accessories trade with a proven successful track record
∎ Thorough knowledge of the Chattogram market within both - garment factories and non-apparel business entities with an excellent business rapport with clients
∎ Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills where integrity and loyalty are uncompromised
∎ Ability to convince and convert label and packaging business
∎ People and team management skills to oversee, motivate, and guide the subordinates
∎ Prepare and execute Sales Strategies to meet the set budgets by vendor / RBO
∎ Regular monitoring of business and reporting of performance to the Head of Sales and Sales Director
∎ Excellent market intelligence to be able to address the customer requirements on a timely manner
∎ Analytical minded and be able to analyze business trends and forecast / plan on a monthly/quarterly/ annual basis - both for Sales Revenue, Business Units and RM
∎ Contribute and assist the Head of Sales to prepare accurate budgets and forecasts on a regular basis
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Demonstrate excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
∎ Excellent project and program management leadership
∎ Have strong written and verbal communication, presentation and leadership skills
∎ Strategic mindset with an ability to think broadly, refine question, and influence multiple decision makers
∎ Hands on in Excel and Power point is important
