Job Context:
∎ Must have practical experience in leading a sales team.
∎ Must have a Motorcycle with a valid Driver`s license.
∎ We are looking for a Business to Business (B2B) packaging company sales team leader.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To identify new business opportunities.
∎ To monitor & supervise sales for himself and the team.
∎ To evaluate competitors' activities and formulate a counter strategy for the same.
∎ To visit existing and prospective customers regularly for a personal relationships. development and collect orders to fulfill sales targets.
∎ To develop strategic business, operating plan, annual sales for the assigned product.
∎ Evaluate competitor's strengths & weaknesses and plan to counter.
∎ Formulate sales strategy as per change in market strategy.
∎ Address customer complaints to resolve them tactfully.
∎ Create new opportunities and items.
∎ Another job as and when assigned by the management.

∎ Age 37 to 42 years

∎ Must have a licensed motorcycle.
∎ Comment in English both verbal and in writing.
∎ Strong e-mail communication.
