Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Regularly identify customer needs and trends and recommend gap product lines and fulfill them by conducting market research and analysis.
∎ Design appealing merchandise displays in order to attract visitors to the store and impact the overall business by visual merchandising strategy.
∎ Direct and supervise retail staff across designated retail outlets to ensure they meet sales targets and customer service objectives.
∎ Actively recruit and build a strong sales team in the retail shop level.
∎ Provide training to retail employees to develop their skills and enhance their job performance.
∎ Ensure compliance at all levels in the retail experience with company policies and procedures.
∎ Visit retail establishments to ensure efficient and effective management as well as high-performance sales.
∎ Ensure visual merchandising as per brand guidelines.
∎ Carry out weekly inventory analysis for each store and generate delivery, replenishment and transfer orders of various styles to ensure proper inventory levels in all retail outlets.
∎ Ensure the right stock and styles are delivered to the retail outlets on time by coordinating with the distribution center staff and other team members.
∎ Develop and implement a standard operating procedure to minimize the costs of retail operations and minimize inventory loss.
∎ Carry out various checks and audits on a regular basis to check and stop pilferage and irregular illegal activities.
∎ Handle and effectively solve all various day-to-day retail shop operation matters to ensure smooth operation.
∎ Develop and implement various sales promotions and marketing campaigns to achieve seasonal and annual sales targets.
∎ Identify locations for new outlet, negotiate rent and propose an agreement for signing in the area.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management
