Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The incumbent must have the leadership quality to run a Sales Team
∎ Must be capable to achieve the respective team’s sales target.
∎ Identify potential market along with new sales opportunities.
∎ Ensure team activities by implementation of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly action plan.
∎ Maintain sales and customer information and report to the respective supervisor
∎ Participating in negotiations & bringing deals to a closure.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
∎ Should be self-motivated, hardworking and ready to work under pressure.
∎ Willingness to work beyond general working hours.
