∎ Graduation in Marketing (preferred but not limited to)
∎ Skills Required: Training, Communication skills, Client Service/ Marketing, Customer Support

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the outbound Telesales team.
∎ Handling the merchandise sales team of all branches.
∎ Help develop and execute the marketing plan, including integrated marketing communications, and promotional programs.
∎ Market analysis and responsible for achieving the sales target.
∎ Prepare reports as required by the management.
∎ Regular Training of each sales team.
∎ The daily plugin of customer information to our CRM.
∎ Any other responsibility assign by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills as a facilitator of Training.
∎ Excellent in typing both Bangla & English, PowerPoint.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Salary: Negotiable
