Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager, Sales (FMCG) will be responsible for developing and expanding the market presence of “ME” Brand products under 300 Ltd. This role focuses on establishing dealerships and distribution networks, driving corporate and wholesale sales, achieving zonal sales targets, and strengthening the company’s sales channels to ensure sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Dealership Network
    Create, communicate with, and establish new dealers, distributors, and distribution channels to expand the availability of ME brand products.

  2. Corporate & Wholesale Sales
    Identify and secure corporate clients, wholesale markets, and bulk buyers to increase large-scale sales opportunities.

  3. Zone-wise Sales Development
    Establish and grow sales operations across different zones, ensuring product availability and market penetration.

  4. Dealer & Distributor Agreements
    Facilitate and manage contracts and agreements between the company and dealers/distributors.

  5. Lead Generation & Follow-up
    Identify potential markets and generate sales leads by zone, maintaining consistent follow-up to convert opportunities into confirmed sales.

  6. Achieve Sales Targets
    Work towards monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets set by management.

  7. Market Expansion
    Identify new market opportunities and sales territories to expand the distribution footprint of ME brand products.

  8. Sales Planning & Reporting
    Prepare sales plans, market reports, and performance analysis for management review.

  9. Relationship Management
    Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers to ensure long-term partnerships.

  10. Market Intelligence
    Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends and provide feedback to management.

  11. Product Promotion & Brand Visibility
    Coordinate with marketing teams to support promotional activities, trade offers, and visibility programs in the market.

  12. Team Coordination
    Work closely with internal departments such as marketing, logistics, and accounts to ensure smooth order processing and product delivery.
