Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Business to Business (B2B) corporate sales & retail sales.
∎ Identify opportunities to reach new market segments & explore new markets to contribute to the sales increase.
∎ Develop and implement strategic sales & marketing plans designed to achieve sustained growth.
∎ Assist for effective and result-oriented communication, presentations to corporate sales & B2B Sales.
∎ Collect the latest market information and incorporate them into a marketing plan/strategy.
∎ Able to handle the stress of multiple high-pressure deadlines Plan and organize the implementation of the brand strategy to ensure the achievement of all targets in support of the brand strategy.
∎ Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data to implement brand-planning changes as needed.
∎ Ensuring the placement of targeted products as per customer requirements.
∎ Formulating sales KPI and monitoring the performance of the team as per the KPI.
∎ Understand the importance of customer relationship and satisfaction and ventilate the same feeling with each of the team members.
∎ Analyze competitor's activity, sales trends, and track unit sales to ensure competitive advantage.
∎ Execute any other relevant tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Priority will be given to those who have experience in the industries of Rice, Groceries, Hardware & Metal, Food, Garments, Bakery, etc.
