∎ MBA/Master's in Business Discipline from a well reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase import business
∎ Identify potential customers and build relationships to promote company's services
∎ Negotiate contracts with clients, ensure favorability and meet customer needs
∎ Analyze customer data to identify import and cross-sell opportunities
∎ Work along with other departments like operations, customer service, and finance to guarantee efficient services
∎ Develop and implement strategies to promote cross-selling
∎ To ensure selling Value Added Services (VAS) products of the Group
∎ Respond to any issues or complaints that customers may have
∎ Monitor market trends and analyze the competition to identify new business opportunities
∎ Present reports on sales performance and market trends to the management team
∎ Work with a team of sales and marketing professionals and extend required support
∎ Maintain relationships with industry partners like logistics, freight forwarders and shipping agents
∎ Identify segments for new business development & growth opportunities
∎ Good knowledge on IT application
∎ Follow commercial strategic policy and implementation
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-7 years in Sales at Shipping Line/Logistics/Freight Forwarding
∎ Strong understanding of the company's product and services
∎ Ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase sales revenue
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
∎ Ability to understand import sales and cross sales business
∎ Excellent English presentation skills
∎ Advance User - MS Office Power BI/Query/Excel/ Power Point/Outlook
