∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Focused, Good English communication skills (verbal and Written), MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Time Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
∎ Supervising and guiding the sales team as well as providing incentives to motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
∎ Monitoring the performance of the sales team.
∎ Ensuring that the store is clean and well-maintained at all times.
∎ Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
∎ Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
∎ Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions.
∎ Ensuring that the store is adequately stocked with company products.
∎ Performing all duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency.
∎ Partner with senior manager to ensure quality customer service and supervise a team with diverse talents and responsibilities
∎ Meet regularly with management to report and plan strategic plans for team objectives
∎ Track performance and conduct employee reviews

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
