Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare SOP and policy procedure for residence.
Prepare and present fully itemized Boarder accounts, addressing any queries.
Ensure the proper safety and security of the residence.
Have to ensure residence`s essential systems are in operational condition (Utilities, CCTV, Lift and fire alarm system etc.).
Process all Boarders payments promptly and accurately.
Post all relevant charges to Boarders accounts.
Generate required reports accurately and on time.
Maintain the proper Housekeeping & 6S in the rooms & around the Residence area.
Response promptly to fill the requirements of Boarders.
Maintain the General Maintenance & Based on asking by the Boarders.
Manage the Canteen & with proper food quality & services.
Prepare monthly bill (food bill, accommodation bill, internet bill, laundry bill etc.) of the residents.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly report of the all income and expenses of residence and submit to the management.
