Responsibilities & Context:

Job Purpose:

Responsible for managing & acquiring remittance partners, maintaining a long-term relationship and maximizing business opportunities within the assigned portfolio

Job Descriptions:

Client Relationship Management (Global banks & FI’s) 

  • Onboarding New Partners:

    Engage in drafting and executing commercial agreements, spearhead tech integrations, take necessary steps to establish partner accounts, devise service marketing strategies, initiate local and international PR efforts, create and launch campaigns. 

  • Managing Existing Partners:

    Conducting periodic courtesy visits to local liaison offices of overseas partners, initiating business development activities, launching campaigns, and handling queries and disputes with poise and efficiency. 

  • Developing Target Markets:

    Periodic market visits, set corridor wise strategy and country-wise activity plans with special arrangements with Money Transfer Operators (MTOs) and aggregators, designs country-specific campaigns, and drives service marketing activities both digitally and on the ground. 

  • Generating New Product/ Service Idea:

    Conduct market research and analysis, engage in brainstorming and ideation sessions, gather and evaluate customer feedback and insights, develop new concepts, assess feasibility, collaborate and communicate effectively with team members. 

  • Reporting and Analysis:

    Prepare regular reports and dashboards on client activities and relationship status, analyze client feedback and market trends to inform business strategies, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on client interactions and feedback.

  • Internal Collaboration:

    Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client needs are met, facilitate communication and collaboration between clients and internal teams, and participates in internal meetings, providing updates on client relationships and activities.
