• Excellent communication skill in English is mandatory.
• Should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven and have good personality to cooperate a merchandising team.
• Should be able to work under pressure.
• Should have excellent knowledge on computer.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Should have a good knowledge of Knit fabrics, dyeing & finishing.
• Able to study upcoming global trends & customer demand.
• Assist to develop new fabric & dyeing Finishing process.
• To evaluate technical performance of Fabric
• Supervise to solve technical problem.
• Strong knowledge of Textile fibre, Fabric structure, dyeing & Finishing process.
• Good communication skill of English.
• Merchandising handling with dynamic way.

• Should have good knowledge of Knit fabrics.
• Good knowledge of Batch, Dyeing, Finishing & Quality.
• Communicate with inter department smart & dynamic way.
• Handle all fabric issues with departmental senior
• Follow-up product development and ensure that products meet customers quality.
• Follow-up time and action plan properly and updating daily basis.
• Maintain all relevant R&D files & data, reports etc.
• Any other relevant task assigned by Management.
