∎ Age 28 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise team in analytical method developmental work, in quality document preparing.
∎ Develop analytical methods in support of ANDAs development.
∎ Develop analytical cleaning methods in support of Cleaning Validation/ Verification.
∎ Conducting relevant physical & chemical analysis of drug products, drug substances, excipients and packaging materials of the assigned projects.
∎ Perform RLD evaluation, including reverse engineering principles.
∎ Work collaboratively with relevant cross functional teams to expedite ANDA development and to resolve ingredient and product technical issues and to expedite facility development.
∎ Work with QC team to troubleshoot technical & method parameters issues during technology transfer from R&D to QC.
∎ Plan, contribute and draw relevant conclusions to project-related scientific/technical activities(e.g., interpret results, critical assessment of data and write reports).
∎ Share current knowledge & R&D data to cross functional department as needed.
∎ Write and check analytical development data on notebook as well as investigation reports as needed & applicable basis.
∎ Interact with QA and QC on analytical development investigations CAPA, Incident, OOS and Deviation as needed & applicable basis.
∎ Write and check applicable SOPs & other quality documents as needed.
∎ Comply company's rules and regulations including all safety and environmental aspects.
∎ Troubleshoot, calibrate and maintain analytical instrumentation.
∎ Write and check experimental protocols, summary reports, and analytical methods.
∎ Maintain appropriate documentation (records and lab notebook) for all processes, observations and results as per SOPs and test methods.
∎ Review analytical notebooks and logbooks as applicable basis.
∎ Learn new techniques and solve complex analytical problems.
∎ Provide continual benchmarking of methodology and technology platforms to make recommendations for resource allocation, cost savings and increased efficiencies.
∎ Interact effectively with multi cross-functional teams and work closely with other departments for preparation of regulatory filings.
∎ Comply with lab SOPs, GLP, GMP and company safety requirements.
∎ Perform other related duties as assigned to meet departmental and company objectives.
