Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and develop an effective team of QA, QC and technical staff who are responsible for quality related assignments/issues.
∎ Develop and improve existing QC systems to meet the clients’ standards and ensure production outputs are in line with company specifications.
∎ Identify quality issues and analyze complex problems: recommend and implement preventive and/or corrective actions.
∎ To review sample measurement and workmanship prior to sending the buyer.
∎ Monitor and support the quality issues and communicate with the production & maintenance team.
∎ Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished product.
∎ Check daily reports and analyze and feedback for corrective action.
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in the workplace.
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
∎ Develop training materials and provide training to all concerns on a regular basis.
∎ Handling customer complaints received in the unit as per the defined procedure.
∎ Jointly carry out root cause analysis of the non-conformance observed and customer complaints.
∎ Duties involve managing the entire quality control staff and customer interaction.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.

∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Dynamic and self- motivated with high personal Integrity and Loyalty
∎ Smart, energetic and willing to work under pressure
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill
∎ Basic computer skills with specialization in office applications
