Additional Requirements:

• Age 32 to 45 years

• Prior experience working in a tent factory is mandatory.

• Proficiency in Bangla and English is required; Chinese language skills will be an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of all sewing quality processes related to tent production.

• Familiarity with technical documentation and cutting diagrams for tents.

• Strong leadership skills to oversee and manage daily operations effectively.

Responsibilities & Context:

We are a 100% Export-Oriented Renowned Tent & Garments Manufacturer, looking for a dynamic, energetic, and analytic candidate for the "Assistant Manager - Quality" position. This position is specifically for Tent manufacturing. The incumbent must have the initiative, experience, and drive to deliver high-quality results.

• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for all stages of tent manufacturing, from raw materials to finished products.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, customer specifications, and company quality guidelines.

• Conduct in-line and final inspections to detect defects and ensure product integrity.

• Manage the log of quality reports and other quality documentation.

• Train, and supervise quality control staff, providing guidance and support.

• Identify areas for quality improvement and implement corrective actions.

• Work closely with production teams to enhance processes and minimize defects.

• Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for quality assurance.

• Ensure adherence to ISO, ASTM, or other relevant quality standards.

• Inspect raw materials upon arrival to ensure they meet specifications.

• Coordinate with suppliers to address quality concerns and request replacements if necessary.

• Conduct training sessions for workers on quality control measures, defect identification, and corrective actions.

• Work closely with the sales and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintain detailed quality reports and analyze trends to identify recurring issues.

• Provide weekly/monthly reports to management regarding quality performance and improvements.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality management.

• Manage waste and improve production efficiency.
