∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,University of Dhaka,University of Chittagong students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: CHEMIST, Quality assurance and control
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Cement Bag, Cement company, CHEMIST, Quality Assurance/ Quality Control
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cement, Cement Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Test hourly sample for mill running condition.
∎ To Analyse Process activity, collect sample from different location of mill & test in the lab.
∎ To perform physical and chemical analysis of cement as well as clinker fly ash, slag, limestone and gypsum.
∎ Have fair knowledge about all kinds of physical and chemical test for Cement and raw materials as per international method ASTM, BIS, BDS-EN & ISO.
∎ Have to vast conception about handling maintaining and all laboratory equipment used in cement laboratory.
∎ When the row material come the quality check in our laboratory and Compare with supplier certificate.
∎ Physical testing of Cement sacks (both paper and pp sacks) and submit report.
∎ Check the requirement of chemical and physical test.
∎ Maintain Quality management system (QMS) of ISO 9001:2008
∎ Analyses quality problems and complaints and propose remedial measures to prevent recurrence.
∎ Ensure that safe work rules and practices, as defined by company’s safety and health policy, are consistently followed up by all the employees in Quality Assurance department.
∎ Coordinate “Raw mix“& “quality control shift Lab” in coordination with production, process.
∎ Prepare and review of Raw mix Design and set target in line with product quality and operation requirements.
∎ Do technical studies and see the opportunity of using alternative raw materials in coordination with plant management.
∎ Solve customer claim of all product produced in out plant.
