Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure inspection/IQC of all incoming materials and prepare report
∎ Perform DQC and prepare report
∎ Monitor and guide assign QC personnel for their pre-setted work
∎ Provide guidance to QC supervisor
∎ Production procedure observes and give instruction (if any)
∎ Ensure Productions follow up to reduce rejection
∎ Ensure analysis of market return product, identify problem and provide possible solution
∎ Take Corrective & Preventive action taken for arising problems in assembly line
∎ Prepare monthly rejection, Re-Engineering and QC reports
∎ Ensure QMS, EMS, BSTI and other applicable requirement as per standard
∎ Reporting of Assembly/Aging/Packing Line Production Fault Analysis (supplier & watt-wise)
∎ Maintain regular coordination with suppliers, work closely with other dept/sectional head

Additional Requirements:
∎ In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
∎ Excellent organizational and leadership skills
∎ A keen eye for detail and a results driven approach
∎ Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
∎ Experience in use of measuring equipment and measuring techniques
