∎ M.Sc in Applied Chemistry/Chemistry
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Quality Assurance/ Quality Control
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for quality assurance and ensure proper implementation
∎ Check the standards of products as per customer requirement
∎ Check & test the quality of incoming raw materials, chemicals etc.
∎ Make sure every inspectors understood the quality standard of the production
∎ Perform routine calibration of lab equipments
∎ Prepare report on wastage issue in order to ensure minimum loss of production
∎ Improve safety records by addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety attitudes
∎ Preserve necessary data/documents and test results appropriately
∎ Support internal & external auditors/stakeholders for exploring relevant quality issues
∎ Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation
∎ Train employees on regulations and industry practices
Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound technical know-how of Calcium Carbonate Plant
∎ ERP operating knowledge
∎ Good leadership ability to lead and motivate inspectors.
∎ Able to operate Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Word, Power Point etc.)
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
