Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the printing process from start to finish, ensuring that all prints are accurately placed on garments.
∎ Work with the production team to set up printing machinery and equipment according to the design specifications.
∎ Monitor the printing process to ensure high-quality output and resolve any issues.
∎ Conduct quality checks on printed garments to ensure consistency and adherence to design specifications.
∎ Identify and address any defects or deviations in print quality.
∎ Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards in printing.
∎ Check the style, size/grading, print part, print pass & measurement accurately.
∎ Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in garment printing with all print-related tests.
∎ Properly follow the color shade, print position, and quality.
∎ Maintain all systems & documents as per company SOP’s.
∎ Always maintain communication with the merchant and Head office teams for any updates.
