• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering

B.Sc in Civil Engineering from reputed University.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer

• 05 (Five) Years or more working Experience in Real Estate Industry after Graduation.

• Must have adequate knowledge on Multi-Storied Basement and Finishing Work especially in Fair-face & Cladding.

• High attention to Details & Accuracy.

• Extensive Knowledge on Real Estate/ Developer Business and Present Construction Scenario.

• Extensive Knowledge on Updated/ New Building Materials.

• Should be Smart, Energetic, Self-motivated.

• Customer friendly Attitude & Polite Behavior.

• Extensive Knowledge in MS Office Package.

• Must have Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning for Proper Progress of Project Works.

• Monitoring the Project Progress and taking Action Plan depending upon the needs.

• Improving Workmanship, Quality of each item of Works.

• Providing Safety guideline to all the workers.

• To coordinate with different department to provide necessary decision to the Project.

• Supervise and Monitor Structural, Masonry and Finishing work to ensure the Quality of Construction.

• Maintain Liaison with officers and/or any Sub-Contractors & Supervisor.
