∎ B. Sc in Mechanical Engineering/EEE/Civil Engineering with MBA preferred.

Construction site, Site Management, site supervision
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Food (Packaged), Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Controlling and monitoring of scope and schedule activities associated with allocated programs and opportunities.
∎ Supervise the full life cycle management of a program - initiation, planning, coordination, execution, closure, and contractor management.
∎ Implement all program policies and procedures.
∎ Liaise and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams across company including manufacturing, engineering, planning, maintenance and R&D, to effect program efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Organize and allocate resources on the programs from the internal teams;
∎ Analyze budget estimates against program goals and price/cost objectives and contribute to the approved budgets. Track program progress via earned value or similar method. Participate in the monthly Program reviews to report progress.
∎ Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Responsible for the overall support, coordination, and results of allocated programs or opportunities.
∎ Ensure the Company Code of Corporate Responsibility and Business Ethics is upheld in all activities.
∎ Must comply with and ensure department compliance with Company health, safety and environmental policies.
∎ Other duties as assigned.
